Every specimen that we sell is 100% authentic.  No fake, man-made, glued, repaired, or enhanced specimens.  Never.  This is how they are formed naturally.

Every specimen comes with a label detailing the species, chemical composition, and the locale from which it was recovered.

*This is a sample of our labels.  Each specimen is guaranteed to be accurately identified in detail.

We do not use glue or putty to mount the specimens to the base (if there is one).  We use lab-grade EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate).  This is the same stuff we use in the lab.  It is NOT a permanent adhesive.  Think more like 'heavy-duty earthquake-proofing'.  It does not crystallise, but it does hold firm.  It can be removed from both the specimen and the acrylic base, should you need, without leaving residue on the specimen.  It can sometimes be separated from the specimen during transit, allowing you to mount the specimen within the requirements of your collection and/or use.

All photos are taken by me and show the specimen as true as it can be.  Please allow for minor differences in monitor color settings.  I do not edit or enhance any of the photographs, other than adding text and cropping the photo to fit the display area best.

We have been selling and shipping specimens for more than 30 years.  Each specimen is packaged and padded well for safe delivery, and includes the shipping/tracking number as soon as it is in the hands of the delivery service.

Shipping insurance is available at cost.  Please enquire. NearEarthExploration is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.  Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or provide replacements.

All customs, duties, VAT, and/or other associated fees after the sale are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship anywhere with a valid mailing address.

Each specimen is unique and cannot be replaced. Please ask any questions you have.
