From a new find at an older, well-established mining area, this large cabinet specimen is studded with 2 generations of Calcite. Smaller white Calcite with larger ( 20mm) translucent, honey-coloured crystals of Calcite. The crystallisation of the specimens from this find is truly wonderful! Thicker modified scalenohedra, many doubly terminated, with classic 'nail head' terminations. Crisp, sharp, and with excellent contrast, this specimen is certain to be a joy in any collection of fine minerals. Specimen comes labeled, ready for your display.
